Our mentors are accomplished professionals, entrepreneurs, and educators who want to use their experience to make a lasting difference in the lives of young men.

Mentors attend three key networking and life skills events during the year, stay connected with their mentee through check-ins, meals, or volunteer activities, and are invited to join the three-day Washington DC trip in the spring.

We provide clear expectations, ongoing communication, and opportunities to connect with other mentors throughout the year.
